We hope you love your CÆLO piece. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, products that have been worn, slept on or washed cannot be returned unless faulty.

To request a return, email hello@caelo.ch with your order number. We will confirm the return and provide the return address and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If your order included a complimentary gift, it must also be returned unused. Otherwise, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.
